mResell Group

The project has been performed for the world’s biggest second-hand Apple equipment seller.

The mResell Group ( known in Poland by the name of mBazaar) was founded by Apple lovers in 2012in Sweden. The Scandinavians have created a pioneering platform for the sale and service of the equipment brand with world famous apple logo.

At present, the mResell Group is the largest platform for buying and selling second-hand Apple equipment, known for being user-friendly, safe and efficient.

Our task was to fulfil the potential hidden in this project. Changing the service structure and simplifying the procurement and sales processes were on the agenda. We also took care of promoting brands new image and bringing it to the point where the business customer would set trends not only in terms of the business model, but also in terms of the design and comfort for the end users.

RWD = mobile first

Responsive web design, responds to the needs of the users and the devices they’re using. The layout changes based on the size and capabilities of the device. For example, on a phone, users would seecontent shown in a single column view; a tablet might show the same content in two columns. A responsive website has a few key features that make it stand out. These include the following: It’s fast, vibrant, tidy, and easy to navigate and it adjusts its size to the visitor’s device, whether it is an iPhone, a Blackberry, or an iPad. Additionally, it lowers the cost of website maintenance.

The approach deliveres an optimal shopping experience for all shoppers on a website regardless of the device they useIt vastly helps users to quickly browse our products, check the price and finalize the purchase.

Project implementation

The first stage of our work was a comprehensive project analysis. At that time, the service operates at a slightly archaic layout, which lacked uniformity and clear thinking global. Page was placed with a number of elements that do not have contact points throughout the site.

The work started from scratch. First, a detailed interview with the client, to know the heatmapami the current version of the store. Analysis of statistics and verify them with the needs of users.

To meet these needs, we haad to perform:

  • Market analysis
  • Competitors analysis
  • SEO audit

After detailed, multifaceted study proceeded to act. We have developed a design consistent with theprestige and reputation of Apple products. Then we prepared the concept of reconstruction UX and UIso as to improve the functionality and usability of the site. It was important at the site to wake from users 100% confidence. In addition, we started the preparation and implementation of new mockups in html.
